Are you an adaptable and enthusiastic multi‑trade operative looking for a role where your skills genuinely make a difference? We’re looking for passionate Multi‑Skilled Engineers who take pride in their craft, enjoy variety in their work, and want to be part of a team focused on improving homes and communities.
About the roleYou’ll carry out a range of multi-skilled repairs and refurbishment works within void properties, including carpentry, plumbing, and plastering tasks. Working across your local patch, you’ll help ensure homes are safe, high-quality, and ready for new customers to move into. This is a mobile role, so you’ll be working independently across your designated area, supported by a strong, collaborative team.
What you’ll need- Experience in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering
- A strong commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship
- A proactive, self‑motivated approach
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently across a field‑based patch
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to travel across your local area
- Salary: £35,824.25 per year, with annual salary review
- Electric company van (subject to availability), tools, uniform, mobile phone, and tablet

- 27 days annual leave + bank holidays
