Your Mission

As our Commercial Construction Superintendent, you're the linchpin. You'll run job sites from dirt to ribbon-cutting, turning blueprints into buildings while keeping crews motivated, budgets tight, and clients thrilled.

What You'll Own:

Command the Site

• Orchestrate crews, subs, materials, and equipment across all construction phases
• Keep every project on spec, on schedule, and on point

Protect Quality & Safety

• Run regular inspections that catch issues before they escalate
• Enforce safety protocols religiously - everyone goes home safe, every day

Master the Numbers

• Watch budgets like a hawk and allocate resources strategically
• Deliver projects that make financial sense, not just structural sense

Lead Your Team

• Supervise workers and subcontractors with clarity and confidence
• Build the kind of teamwork that makes hard jobs feel manageable

Solve & Adapt

What You Bring

Experience that counts:

• 4-7 years running commercial/municipal projects as superintendent or similar lead
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, processes, and safety standards
• Blueprint fluency - you read plans like morning news

• Problem-solving instincts honed by real job site battles

Education:

• Bachelor's in Construction, Building Science, Engineering, or related field preferred (but we'll take proven experience over degrees)

Requirements:
Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction, Building Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required
• 4-7 years' experience in commercial and/or municipal construction project management as a superintendent or similar lead role
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and safety standards
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities to manage diverse teams and ensure project success
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, construction crews, subcontractors, and management
• Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently as they arise on the job sites
• Strong technical aptitude in reading blueprints
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Strong organizational, time management and scheduling skills
• Must be detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
• Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities and work well under pressure
