Customer Service Representative:
Morgan City, LA

Full‑time position.

Your primary responsibilities include building exceptional customer relationships, marketing to acquire new customers, reviewing accounts for accuracy and required updates, funding loans, managing collections, and supporting customer acquisitions.

Additional duties include working closely with and supporting team members to enhance the customer experience, maintaining a clean and professional office environment, safeguarding company money and property, assisting in managing P&L, adhering to company policies, procedures, creed, and industry laws, staying current on company training and industry regulations, calling and documenting interactions with past, present, and future customers, educating customers on contract terms and conditions, following management instructions, and reporting to work on time as scheduled.

Experience in the industry is welcome, but not necessary. Candidates should possess the following skills:

• Communication skills, including flexibility to work with different personalities
• Computer skills, ability to use required computer programs for day‑to‑day transactions
