Service Coordinator – Louisiana Cat – Morgan City, Louisiana

Louisiana Cat, a Caterpillar® representative with a proud legacy since 1933, is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our growing operations at the upcoming Morgan City location. The Service Coordinator will schedule and organize repairs, consult with customers, and provide strategic repair recommendations to help our customers succeed in their businesses.

• Coordinate Louisiana Cat Service Technicians' work schedules and customer work orders.
• Prepare quotes for repairs and convey information to customers.
• Open, review, and close work orders.
• Monitor work in progress and effectively communicate any necessary changes to the customer.
• Convey information efficiently between sales, service, and customer service departments.

• Highly preferred:
  Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Highly preferred:
  Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Required:
  
  Agile prioritization of customer request work orders, meeting deadlines and providing accurate reporting & documentation.
• Required:
  
  Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and inventory software platforms.
• Required:
  
  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and other employees.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm; on‑call Saturdays.
• Physical requirements:
  
  Ability to perform required physical movements as listed.
