Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse

Overview

Pay Package: $29 per hour with weekly stipend of $1,100

Required Skills
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, specifically in ICU settings
  • Proficiency with EPIC documentation systems
  • Current RN license in the state of practice
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association
  • Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification with a 12-month blue card from the Crisis Prevention Institute
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment
  • Ability to use computers, software, and web-based applications effectively
  • Adaptability in behavior to meet diverse patient populations and needs
  • Ability to assess learning needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies
  • Leadership in communicating, delegating, and managing team resources
Preferred

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing
Other Requirements
  • Physical ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and manage heavy work demands
  • Must work in patient care areas with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially communicable diseases
  • Occupational risk for exposure to hazardous medications, waste, and infectious materials
  • Willingness to work in environments requiring adherence to strict safety and infection control protocols
