A Tool Room Clerk receives, unpacks, checks, stores, tracks supplies or materials and fills tool room orders.

• Safety – work safely around the hazards associated with the Construction field.
• Keeprecordsofitemsenteringorleavingthetoolroom
• Performroutinepreventativemaintenanceoftoolsandequipment
• Inspectreturnedsuppliesfordamage
• Troubleshoot,maintainandmakeminorrepairstosmalltoolsasneeded
• Replaceorfixwornorbrokentoolandequipmentparts
• Sort,organize,andmarkitemswithidentifyingcodes
• Maintainlevelsofsuppliestoensuremaximumproductivityofconstructioncrews
• Notifyappropriateleadershipoftheneedtoordernewsupplies
• Maintaininventoriessothatitcanbelocatedquicklyandeasily
• Storematerialsinbins,onfloorsoronshelves
• Lift, carry and hold building materials and supplies

• One(1) yearofsupply/warehouseexperiencepreferred
• Must be able to successfully complete all required pre-hire requirements.

• Lift and carry heavy items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move in and around confined and cluttered places, and uneven areas. Full range of motion and flexibility consistent withage.
• Work up to a 12-hour shift in varying temperature extremes and other outside conditions.
• Climb andmaintainbalance on steel framework, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds.
• Work at heights with fall protection, work from manlifts, baskets, JLG’s etc.
• PPE footwear/prescription safety glasses or eye shields required.
