Our client is a well-established exterior services company with 35+ years of experience delivering high‑quality waterproofing, restoration, and building care solutions while putting safety and craftsmanship first. The Payroll Coordinator will manage departmental tasks related to payroll, accounts receivable, and data validation, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of duties.
Responsibilities- Review and correct time records of over 300 employees within the Work Max timekeeping system
- Resolve payroll issues with employees and facilitate reimbursements
- Process missing labor hours reports and payroll adjustments
- Distribute printed payroll checks and paycheck stubs
- Enter personnel changes into Paycom and maintain payroll records
- Deposit payments and reconcile vendor statements for accounts receivable
- Collaborate with collections department and other teams as needed
- Enter budget changes, change orders, and validate data between Net Suite and CE
- Backup processing of vendor invoices, review purchase orders, and route invoices for approval
- Reconcile vendor accounts and process mechanics lien waivers
- Support maintenance of business licenses and vendor credit accounts
- Minimum of 4 years accounting experience
- Preferred bilingual English and Spanish proficiency
- Ability to manage workflow efficiently with high accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and quick learner of new software
- Experience with Paycom and Net Suite preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
