Position: BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) FOR 2026/27

Behavioral Consultant

Come work for MHUSD, where you will be a valued member of a highly collaborative and supportive behavior team! Join our team of BCBAs in a district of 13 schools, where you will be responsible for supporting 2–3 school sites. Each BCBA works at the school site level to build knowledge and capacity among staff to effectively implement both classroom-wide and individualized positive behavior support programs in general and special education settings.

You will collaborate closely with school administrators, service providers, teachers, and paraprofessionals to implement respectful and dignified approaches to addressing challenging behaviors. This work supports students in accessing instruction and making meaningful academic and social progress in the least restrictive environment.

Must have a Bachelor's and Master's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in a related field (i.e. psychology, education) Successful completion of all requirements for Board Certification including the passage of the State Certification Examination Experience working in K-12 educational setting within specialized field of Applied Behavior Analysis with increasing levels of responsibility Valid California driver's license.
