This role combines deep technical engagement with emerging memory architectures and the ability to translate technology capabilities into compelling products and market opportunities. The position is ideal for a high-potential individual early in their career who is eager to grow with the company, take on increasing responsibility, and participate in building a new category of memory solutions.
The candidate will work at the intersection of memory technology, system architecture, and market applications, helping guide the evolution of products that span multiple industries and technology domains.
Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap- Contribute to the development and execution of the roadmap for ferroelectric memory devices and memory-based platforms.
- Identify and evaluate emerging market opportunities for advanced non‑volatile memory technologies.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate technology capabilities into scalable product platforms and market‑ready solutions.
- Develop a strong understanding of ferroelectric memory architectures including FeRAM, FeFET, and related emerging memory technologies.
- Evaluate and analyze competing memory technologies such as Flash, MRAM, ReRAM, SRAM, and DRAM.
- Participate in architectural discussions with design and system teams to guide product specifications, integration strategies, and system‑level performance goals.
- The candidate will own the product, product requirements, and roadmap.
- Help drive the development of memory‑enabled solutions across multiple industry verticals including AI/ML platforms, edge computing, industrial systems, IoT ecosystems, automotive platforms, and specialized computing infrastructures.
- Participate in solution development and co‑development partnerships with ecosystem partners across semiconductor, system architecture, firmware/software, and application layers.
- Identify opportunities where ferroelectric memory can create value at key technology intersection points between hardware, systems, and applications.
- Help define clear product positioning and differentiation relative to existing and emerging memory technologies.
- Develop technical marketing materials such as product briefs, technical presentations, white papers, and application notes.
- Support sales and business development teams with technical insights and solution positioning.
- Work closely with engineering, applications, marketing, and business development teams.
- Support product lifecycle management from concept through launch and market adoption.
- Gather market and customer feedback to influence future product strategy and roadmap development.
Ferroelectric memory represents one of the most promising emerging technologies in the evolution of semiconductor memory. Unlike traditional memory technologies, ferroelectric memory offers the potential combination of non‑volatility, high speed, low power consumption, and exceptional endurance.
As computing systems evolve particularly with the rapid growth of artificial intelligence, edge computing, and data‑intensive workloads, the limitations of conventional memory technologies such as Flash, DRAM, and SRAM are becoming increasingly evident.
Ferroelectric memory technologies offer a path toward persistent, fast, and energy‑efficient memory systems that can transform both hardware architectures and system‑level performance.
This role offers a rare opportunity to participate in shaping how this technology is applied across a wide range of domains including AI systems, edge platforms, industrial electronics, automotive systems, and next‑generation computing architectures.
