Specialized Bicycle Components, Inc. is seeking an experienced Footwear Developer in Morgan Hill, CA to lead the full footwear development lifecycle from design handoff to production confirmation.
You will work with Product, Design, and Manufacturing to meet performance, fit, durability, cost, and sustainability goals, including tooling revisions and international collaboration with factories. A 5+ year background in footwear development and an engineering degree are required.
