Retail Finance Representative (Credit & Collections)

Your role will focus on reducing delinquency for assigned accounts, maintaining a low Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and providing excellent service to both retail customers and internal teams through phone, email, or virtual interactions.

• Reduce delinquency for assigned accounts and maintain low DSO.
• Provide exceptional customer service to retail customers and internal teams in person, by phone, email, or virtually.
• Resolve payment portal issues and outstanding invoices for customers.
• Reconcile customer accounts receivable as needed.
• Collaborate with sales and senior management on troubled accounts.
• Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails to collect on delinquencies.
• Open new business lines by requesting and analyzing financial statements, recommending credit limits, and following up on receivable collections.

• Undergraduate Business degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or credit field.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Customer‑support background with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong prioritization skills, ability to meet deadlines, and skill in escalating issues when necessary.
• Flexibility to switch gears on short notice and maintain composure under high‑stress conditions.
• Optimistic, positive, and supportive demeanor in all interactions.
• Proven follow‑up skills and confidence in requesting payments from customers.
• Experience in analyzing financial statements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Excel and Word experience.
• Oracle experience is preferred.

• Competitive pay: $25/hr – $35/hr with annual performance reviews.
