EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- High school diploma or equivalent is required - One year of food service experience is required - Completion of courses in sanitation, safety, and nutrition is desirable LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

- Valid Serv Safe Manager Certificate - May require pre-employment physical examination
