Compensation: $150,000- $160,000 annually

We are seeking an experienced licensed rehabilitation professional for a permanent Director of Rehabilitation opportunity in Morgan Hill, CA. This leadership role combines clinical expertise with team development, operational oversight, and a strong commitment to quality patient care.

• · Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity,documentation, and quality outcomes.
• · Mentor and support therapy clinicians and assistants.
• · Collaborate with facility leadership and the interdisciplinary care team.
• · Support recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and retention.
• · Maintain compliance with applicable clinical and regulatory standards.

• · Graduate of an accredited rehabilitation therapy program.
• · Active applicable state professional license ingood standing.
• · Previous SNF/post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred.
• · Rehabilitation leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
• · Strong leadership, communication, organization,and team-building skills.
