Technical Project Manager – ERP

The
** Technical Project Manager – ERP
** will lead the cross‑functional delivery of Oracle ERP–related technology initiatives, including enhancements, integrations, process improvements, and modernization efforts. This role will play a key part in work associated with our transition from
** Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS)
** toward
** ERP SaaS / Cloud
** solutions.

This position requires strong fluency across both
** technical delivery** (engineering, integrations, data, architecture) and
** business process domains** (finance, inventory, and order management). The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a
** hybrid delivery environment**, thoughtfully applying Agile and waterfall approaches based on the nature of the work, systems involved, and delivery partners.
* 5+ years of experience leading technology projects or programs in a cross‑functional environment.
* Proven delivery experience with ERP platforms (Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud strongly preferred).
* Experience supporting Finance, Inventory, and/or Order Management business domains.
* Demonstrated success coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, data teams, QA, SMEs, and vendors.
* Strong discipline in planning, dependency management, RAID tracking, and executive‑level communication.
* Ability to simplify complex topics, influence without authority, and move teams from ambiguity to clarity.
* Experience working effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience using AI‑enabled tools to support project and program management activities (e.g., planning, analysis, reporting, risk management, or communications).
* Hands‑on experience supporting or delivering migrations from
** Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud
** modules.
* Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns (APIs, middleware, iPaaS), release management, and data concepts.
* Understanding of business process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.
* ** Experience helping teams or PMOs adopt new tools, automation, or AI‑driven ways of working.
*** PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications (nice to have, not required).
