Leader Global Enterprise Application
Specialized is seeking an experienced leader to join our Global Technology team as the global champion of ERP applications.
The role focuses on building a stable, scalable, and compliant enterprise landscape spanning Finance, Retail Tech, Sales Operations, CRM, and People Systems.
Responsibilities- Lead and coach a global team of product managers, architects, analysts, and contractors.
- Own the implementation of new and improved ERP initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements.
- Drive automation and process‑improvement initiatives to reduce ticket volumes.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracting, and budgets across multiple cost centers.
- Promote and enforce governance across ERP systems.
- Continuously improve service performance and vendor strategy.
- 10+ years of experience in retail, retail operations, or related enterprise domains.
- Proven people‑management experience coaching, hiring, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of ITIL service‑management practices (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
- Experience leading programs and process automation using agile methodologies.
- Vendor evaluation experience and working with offshore/onsite vendor models.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to translate technical issues into business impact.
- Visionary leadership: passion, optimism, and the ability to inspire respect and trust.
- Experience supporting or managing an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP migration – highly preferred.
- Infrastructure architecture exposure including OCI architecture decisions, network topology, and security zone design.
- Creative thinker with strategic and tactical direction; detail‑oriented yet big‑picture focused.
- Collaborative mindset and inclusive problem‑solving approach.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills; influence senior management and drive outcomes.
