Overview

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Soldering Technician for our client in Morgan Hill. This is a 100% onsite position, Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm with a starting pay of $28-$33 an hour based on experience. Please read the job description and required qualifications before applying. We will not be contacting candidates who do not have the required qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Soldering and related assembly work with precision and attention to detail.
  • Learn new skills and technologies as needed.
  • Work with common tools, precision measuring instruments, adhesives, and fixturing.
  • Read and interpret engineering documents and write basic reports.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems; maintain thorough documentation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a semiconductor fab.
  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience on semiconductor equipment.
  • Proficiency with volt/ohm/current meters for electrical system setup and debugging.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet research.
  • Excellent fine mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
