Our biggest accomplishment in recent history has been to develop and create the world’s only FDA-cleared Viral Barrier, which provides the safest ultrasound-guided procedures. This product provides our clinicians and their patients with a complete barrier to all bacteria and all currently known testable viruses.

As a Procurement Specialist in our Morgan Hill, CA facility, you’ll play a key role in supporting procurement and inventory management while collaborating with Receiving, Warehouse, Production, Engineering, and Quality teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with vendors to negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules
- Managing and tracking incoming shipments accurately in the ERP system
- Supporting inventory builds, transfers, and cycle counts
- Monitoring reorder points and following up on orders to ensure smooth production flow
- Assisting with bi-weekly production schedules
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with quality and safety procedures
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or manufacturing/warehousing
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP systems
- Familiarity with Cal/OSHA and environmental regulations is a plus
$25 to $33 per hour, commensurate with experience
