As a Procurement Specialist in our Morgan Hill, CA facility, you’ll play a key role in supporting procurement and inventory management while collaborating with Receiving, Warehouse, Production, Engineering, and Quality teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with vendors to negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules
• Managing and tracking incoming shipments accurately in the ERP system
• Supporting inventory builds, transfers, and cycle counts
• Monitoring reorder points and following up on orders to ensure smooth production flow
• Assisting with bi-weekly production schedules
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with quality and safety procedures

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or manufacturing/warehousing
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Proactive and self-motivated with excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP systems
• Familiarity with Cal/OSHA and environmental regulations is a plus

$25 to $33 per hour, commensurate with experience
