Are you in?

• Equipment Operation:
  Proficiency in operating and maintaining automated assembly equipment, pick-and-place machines, or wafer processing tools
• Assembly Techniques:
  Experience with micro-assembly, die bonding, wire bonding, and encapsulation
• Documentation:
  Ability to compile and maintain production logs, test results, and reports using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or software like Excel
• Technical Reading:
  Proficient in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and Work Instructions (WI)
• Employment in this position is subject to successfully obtaining NCIC (National Crime Information Center) background clearance and Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) authorization

• 3-5 years of direct experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech assembly environment
• Technical Proficiency:
  Extensive knowledge of assembly machinery (e.g., wire bonders, die attach machines), cleanroom protocols (ISO Class 1-8), and electrostatic discharge (ESD) prevention
• Leadership Ability:
  Capable of guiding, training, and mentoring new team members, apprentices, or trainees
• Analytical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong ability to debug and troubleshoot failed electronic components, assemblies, and systems using test equipment and schematics
• Quality Focused:
  High attention to detail, capable of performing visual inspections under microscopes, and familiar with Lean/Six Sigma principles
• Autonomy:
  Comfortable working with a moderate degree of supervision, often managing their own workflow to meet production targets
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
• Prolonged standing and walking throughout the workday

• 2nd shift (B1): 2:30 pm-11:00 pm (Mon-Friday)
• 3rd shift (B2): 10:30 pm-7:00 am (Mon-Friday)

Morgan Hill, CA - Minimum $53,400 per year / Maximum $73,500 per year.
