Key responsibilities in your new role
- Equipment Operation:
Proficiency in operating and maintaining automated assembly equipment, pick-and-place machines, or wafer processing tools - Assembly Techniques:
Experience with micro-assembly, die bonding, wire bonding, and encapsulation - Documentation:
Ability to compile and maintain production logs, test results, and reports using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or software like Excel - Technical Reading:
Proficient in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and Work Instructions (WI) - Employment in this position is subject to successfully obtaining NCIC (National Crime Information Center) background clearance and Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) authorization
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- 1-3 years of direct experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech assembly environment
- Extensive knowledge of assembly machinery (e.g., wire bonders, die attach machines), cleanroom protocols (ISO Class 1-8), and electrostatic discharge (ESD) prevention
- Capable of guiding, training, and mentoring new team members, apprentices, or trainees
- Strong ability to debug and troubleshoot failed electronic components, assemblies, and systems using test equipment and schematics
- High attention to detail, capable of performing visual inspections under microscopes, and familiar with Lean/Six Sigma principles
- Comfortable working with a moderate degree of supervision, often managing their own workflow to meet production targets
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Prolonged standing and walking throughout the workday
5th shift: 2:30pm - 11pm Friday-Tuesday
6th shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am Friday

- Minimum of $49,800 per year / Maximum of $68,400 per year. All employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
