This is a contract opportunity only. Anritsu Company is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support inspection and handling of precision‑fabricated thin film components. This role requires strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work with delicate ceramic or glass parts in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Perform visual inspection of fabricated parts using microscopes
- Inspect components for defects, contamination, or quality issues
- Handle fragile ceramic and glass devices using tweezers and precision tools
- Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Record inspection results and report defects when identified
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following quality standards
- This position will report to the Fab Supervisor based in Morgan Hill.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or inspection preferred
- Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods
- Ability to handle small, delicate components with care and precision
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or precision manufacturing is a plus
- Works well in a team‑oriented environment
- Demonstrates good communication skills and can clearly report issues or concerns
- Able to read, understand, and follow instructions in English
- Dependable, responsible, and consistent in following procedures
- Maintains a positive attitude and willingness to learn
The hourly base salary range for this position is $22/hr – $25/hr please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
