In this role, you will assemble mechanical components with accuracy and consistency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production and quality goals. You will also gain exposure to continuous improvement initiatives and advanced manufacturing processes.

How Will You Make an Impact?- Build mechanical assemblies with strict adherence to established processes and vPoke® principles
- Ensure components are properly handled, inspected, and installed with precision
- Cross-train to support multiple functions across the mechanical production floor and other departments
- Partner with production supervisors and team members to meet output and quality targets
- Follow all safety, quality, and company compliance standards
- Support process improvement initiatives and team-based projects
- Maintain accurate work practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Basic mechanical assembly skills; prior experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset
- Flexibility to work extended hours based on business needs
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Experience in mechanical assembly or use of basic hand tools
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Familiarity with workplace safety standards
