Branch Manager

VIP Golf Cart Service is an authorized E-Z-GO and Cushman dealer serving the Bay Area. We're looking for a go getter to run our Morgan Hill branch and grow it into a top performer in the region.

This is a hybrid role. Half the job is running the branch day to day. The other half is getting out into the community and bringing in new business. You'll own the full P&L outcome of this location: if the branch grows, that's on you, and we'll reward it.

• Manage day to day operations of the Morgan Hill location
• Oversee inventory, service scheduling, and customer pickups/deliveries
• Ensure a clean, professional, well run showroom and lot
• Handle walk in customers and phone inquiries with a high level of service
• Build and manage relationships with local golf courses, HOAs, resorts, and commercial accounts
• Generate new leads through outreach, networking, and community presence
• Represent VIP Golf Cart Service at the Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce and similar local organizations
• Identify and pursue new customer segments (residential, commercial, agricultural, hospitality)
• Use CRM and digital tools to track leads, follow up consistently, and close deals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

• A self starter who doesn't need to be told what to do next
• A people person who builds real relationships, not just transactions
• A good listener who understands what a customer actually needs before pitching
• Comfortable with outside sales, cold outreach, and in person networking
• Computer literate: comfortable with email, CRM tools, basic reporting, and learning new software
• Reliable. This branch runs on you showing up and following through
• Prior experience in golf carts, powersports, auto sales, or equipment sales is a plus but not required if you have strong outside sales chops

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Pay: $30/hour, plus bonus for new commercial accounts closed
