Industrial Maintenance Technician.

What You Bring to the Team
  • Core

    Experience:

    3+ years of industrial maintenance expertise in high-volume, automated manufacturing (composite manufacturing experience is a major plus).
  • Fluid Power & Mechanical Mastery:
    Proven success diagnosing and rebuilding hydraulic circuits, pneumatic actuators, heavy conveyance, and high-speed mechanical drives.
  • Solid Electrical & PLC

    Skills:

    Ability to read electrical schematics, utilizing multimeters, and executing advanced PLC troubleshooting and program analysis to clear automation faults.
  • CMMS & Tech Aptitude:
    Proficient with CMMS software for work orders and inventory tracking, along with basic MS Office skills.
  • Physical & Logistics Requirements:
    Ability to lift up to 55 lbs, adhere to LOTO/PPE safety protocols, and work flexible overtime/weekends as needed. ZPMLSTCM.

Responsibilities
  • Mechanical & Fluid Troubleshooting: Keep production lines moving by maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing conveyor systems, hydraulic power units, and pneumatic lines.
  • Electrical & PLC Diagnostics: Perform high/low-voltage electrical repairs and analyze PLC logic to quickly eliminate machinery downtime.
  • Predictive & Preventative Maintenance: Execute TPM routines and log all work orders, parts usage, and system status directly into the CMMS.
  • Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work alongside process engineering teams to root-cause recurring faults, optimize machine performance, and execute corrective fixes.
  • Inventory & Safety Execution: Maintain strict compliance with LOTO, safety standards, and 3S/5S workspace organization while assisting with spare parts control.
