Team Automotive Group is actively seeking a driven, accountable, and performance-focused Finance Manager to join our leadership team.
We are looking for a professional who understands how to maximize opportunity while maintaining compliance, structure, and customer experience at a high level.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Managing all aspects of the Finance & Insurance process
- Structuring deals and securing lender approvals
- Presenting finance and protection products professionally and ethically
- Maximizing product penetration and overall PVR performance
- Ensuring compliance with dealership, lender, and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate CIT and funding processes
- Delivering a professional and efficient customer experience
- Strong Finance PVR performance
- High product penetration percentages
- Clean, compliant deal structure
- Fast funding and low CIT aging
- Positive customer experience and CSI performance
