The primary purpose of the job is to manage the customer flow from inquiry to actual admission. You will ensure positive relations with the potential customer(s) and referral sources, ensure proper payer for admission, ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and contribute towards the community’s profitability and census goals. You will also serve as Receptionist and will be responsible for greeting members/guests, answering the telephone, answering inquiries, and providing the service that individuals expect.
Complete other administrative tasks as assigned. Follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration and community Policies and Procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including referral software and electronic health record software.
- Must be able to communicate in English and have related administrative experience.
- Experience working in healthcare setting or long-term care preferred but not required.

- Shifts Needed: 1st
- Wage: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
