Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot end user desktop application issues and provide an appropriate solution.
- Provide in person/onsite support.
- Provide timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of the end user and ensure their satisfaction.
- Provide incident status updates to management and end-users per service level guidelines.
- Support and maintain effective relationships with users.
- Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to remote IT support.
- Provide support for PCs, laptops, printers, cell phones, and tablets etc.
- Communicate with end users at all levels of technical and non-technical skill sets.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) through the effective use of knowledge management.
- Help desk support, Windows 10/11, M365, Chat Support, VPN, Ticketing System Experience, Phone Support
This is a contract position based out of Morganton, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.25 - $24.00/hr.
