- Maintain & support MS Window desktop computing environment(s) configuration, installation, deployment & maintenance
· Maintain & support various end-user software(s) including but not limited to: MS Office, Email, endpoint protection, etc. - Assist users with adding printers, software, peripheral hardware, etc. as necessary
- Monitor and ensure all users comply with Case Farms IT Security policies
Network Support:
- Assist w/ configuration, deployment, triage, & management of both wired & wireless IP network(s) (i.e. Fortinet routers, switches, access points, patch panels, racks, etc.)
- Troubleshoot, recommend, & correct networking issues as they may arise
- Network data backups and general server administration
- · Limited MS Active Directory administration & Windows Server support
- Infrastructure Support: [provide assistance with design, deployment, configuration, and overall support of infrastructure at respective location, including but not limited to the following:
- S2 Access Control
- Fortinet phone system
- Limited MS Email administration
- Limited Nutanix (compute / storage) administration
- Limited Cohesity backup administration
Mobile Devices / Video Systems / Other:
- Assist w/ configuration, triage, & management of mobile devices connecting to Company networks (i.e. smart phones, tablets, etc.) at respective location
- Assist w/ installation, triage, & support of modem, fax, telephone, etc. wiring at respective location
- Assist w/ configuration, installation, triage, & support of video technologies (Arecont, Samsung, etc. cameras & Exacq video software systems currently deployed) at respective location
- Assist w/ configuration, installation, triage, & support of other shop floor IoT systems (i.e. Frick, Marel, Meyn, MARS, JBT, CFS, etc. currently deployed) at respective location
- Preference will be given to individuals with the following exposure / experience(s):
· IP Networking (wired & wireless technologies) - Microsoft Windows Server / Desktop OSMS Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange, etc. administration
· Exposure to applications in use at Case Farms (i.e. MS SQL, Sharepoint, Sharefile, Adobe, etc.) - Conceptional understanding and experience with endpoint security tools (i.e. EDR, MFA, Bit Locker, etc.)
- Exposure to software applications presently in use at Case Farms (i.e. MS SQL, SharePoint, Cohesity backups, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Computer and/or Information Systems and/or related & 5 years working experience or equivalent combination of both.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office products
· Experience with TCP/IP networking
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces.
- May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity.
- May handle products from 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
- May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db. to 110 db.
- You must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.
- Able to stand for several hours.
- Work may include lifting (up to 50 lbs.), reaching, bending, pushing boxes on conveyor assembly.
