This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Operator at our facility in Morganton, NC. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, ensuring quality control of products, performing maintenance checks, and handling equipment adjustments as needed. The role also involves troubleshooting machinery issues, utilizing hand tools, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and familiarity with operating various types of machinery
• Experience with Quality Control processes to ensure product standards
• Knowledge of using and maintaining Hand Tools for equipment adjustments and minor repairs
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues effectively
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain workplace safety standards
