We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced CNC Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work in an innovative, fast-paced environment where you can apply your expertise in CNC programming, AS1900, CAM Programming, and ISO
9001. The successful candidate will be a key player in our manufacturing process, with a primary focus on the design, development, and optimization of our CNC machining processes. The role offers a chance to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the creation of high-quality products.

We utilize the latest technologies; CAD (Solid Works), CAM (Master Cam) and state of the art CNC machine tools to produce high quality precision parts.

• 1. Develop, implement, and optimize CNC programs to create complex parts using CAD/CAM software.
• 2. Oversee the entire manufacturing process, from initial design to final production, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• 3. Perform root cause analysis on manufacturing process failures and implement corrective actions.
• 4. Continuously evaluate and improve machining processes, tooling, and fixtures to increase productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing and quality problems, and to develop and implement cost-effective solutions.
• 6. Train and guide machine operators on new CNC programs and processes.
• 7. Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to safety regulations and maintain ISO
  9001 standards.
• 8. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• 9. Stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturing technologies and trends, and make recommendations for improvements.

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in CNC programming, including experience with CAD/CAM software.
• 3. Solid knowledge of AS1900 and ISO
  9001 standards.
• 4. Proven experience in CAM programming.
• 5. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machining operations, and quality control procedures.
• 6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• 8. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• 9. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• 10. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
