Every patient deserves attentive and timely care. As the Emergency Room Flow Coordinator, you will be pivotal in ensuring patients navigate through the Emergency Department smoothly and efficiently. Your role involves aligning staffing, patient placement, and clinical resources to ensure organized, safe, and patient-centered care. In moments of urgency, your leadership will support caregivers as they focus on their mission to enhance human life.

• Coordinating patient placement, triage processes, EMS handoffs, and inpatient transfers.
• Aligning staffing plans with patient volume and departmental needs.
• Monitoring delays in care transitions and collaborating on effective solutions.
• Supporting safety initiatives and quality outcomes.
• Partnering with physicians and care teams to eliminate barriers to care.
• Providing clinical guidance and support during critical moments.

• Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training within 90 days of employment.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 90 days of employment.
