As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will ensure and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within our psychiatric services. You will act as a key clinical leader, guiding nursing staff, coordinating daily unit operations, and maintaining standards of clinical excellence. This position offers an annual salary of $43,594.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:- Delivering and overseeing comprehensive, patient-centered psychiatric nursing care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate treatment plans and improve patient outcomes
- Mentoring, guiding, and supporting nursing staff on the unit
