Shift: Weekends shift could be days or nights

10‑hour shifts

1st shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

2nd shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

• Inspect incoming materials, components, and equipment to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine and non‑routine inspections on sub‑assemblies and finished products
• Conduct electrical, mechanical, and visual testing activities
• Identify, document, and elevate non‑conformances as needed
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for product issues
• Follow HSE protocols to ensure safe testing and inspection practices
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and reduce defects

• Preferred:
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related discipline; equivalent hands‑on experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in quality control or quality assurance within manufacturing
• Working knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards
• Proficiency in inspection, testing, and measurement techniques
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis
• Effective communication skills for documentation and collaboration
• Availability for weekend and 2nd or 3rd shift work; U.S. citizenship required
