We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Associates to join our team and play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, maintaining the store environment, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers with a warm and welcoming smile.
  • Answer customer questions about products, promotions, and store policies.
  • Assist customers in finding the products they need.
  • Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
  • Scan containers into designated location for our online auction.
  • Assist with inventory control and stock takes.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Other assign duties as may be called upon.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Experience in retail sales a plus.
  • Able to Stand 8-12 hours
  • Able to lift up to 30lbs (greater with team lift)
    Gather Shopping Carts and maintain a clean work area
  • Starting pay $15.00 hourly.
