Job Overview
Food and Consumable associates are focused on taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
Salary and CompensationHourly Wage: $15 – $28 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. In specific circumstances, premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour. Premiums can be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
