Car Salesman

As a Car Salesman at Cloninger Automotive Group Inc., you will play a pivotal role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle. You will provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate vehicles, and close sales while fostering long‑term relationships with clients.

• Customer Engagement:
  Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Product Knowledge:
  Maintain an in-depth understanding of the dealership’s inventory, including specifications, features, and benefits of each vehicle.
• Sales Process:
  Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final paperwork, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Demonstrations:
  Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, showcasing key features and advantages that meet customer needs.
• Negotiation:
  Negotiate prices and financing options, providing transparent information to customers while achieving dealership sales goals.
• Follow‑Up:
  Proactively follow up with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships, address any concerns, and encourage repeat business.
• Sales Targets:
  Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
