The Role:
The Commercial Service Plumber provides customer service in the field to maintain, install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems in commercial facilities. These systems include piping, fittings, heating fixtures, water distribution and drainage systems.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to service calls to perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
- Diagnose plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and equipment malfunctions, and provide effective solutions.
- Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, and related equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Complete service reports and other documentation as required.
- Maintains equipment, tools, and inventory stock on company service vehicle.
- Safely drives company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all safety requirements.
You Bring:
- 3+ years of plumbing service experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and codes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be willing to participate in an on-call rotation.
- Basic computer skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
