Inthisrole,youwillberesponsibleformaintainingandrepairingvariouscommercialheating,cooling,andventilationsystems.
- Diagnoseandrepairmechanicalandelectricalissuesincommercialheating,cooling,andventilationsystems
- Prioritizesafety
- Provide high-qualityserviceandmaintainexcellentcustomerrelationships.
- Managetruckstockandmaintaininventoryaccordingtocompanyguidelines.
- Keeptruckandworkareasclean,organized,andwell-maintainedinlinewiththemaintenanceschedule.
- Readandinterpretwiringdiagramstotroubleshootandresolveissues.
- Minimumof5+years’experience
incommercialHVACserviceandrepair. - CFCCertification
required. - Valid
NCdriver’slicense
. - NATECertification
ispreferredbutnotrequired. - Excellent
communication skills
,withtheabilitytointeractprofessionallywithbothcustomersandcolleagues. - Abilitytoworkbothindependentlyandaspartofateam.
- Strong
troubleshooting
,problem-solving,andcriticalthinkingskills. - Experience with
commercialHVACsystems
