A Caring Alternative, LLC is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Technician in Morganton, NC. You will perform preventative, routine, and emergency upkeep on our facilities and equipment to ensure safe, sanitary operations in compliance with safety codes and OSHA regulations.
Responsibilities include painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and minor HVAC work, with a strong emphasis on reliability and safe workmanship. A valid driver’s license and basic repair knowledge are required.
