- Provide psychoeducation as indicated in the PCP.
- Assist with crisis interventions.
- Support the Team Lead with behavioral and substance use disorder treatment interventions.
- Help develop relapse prevention and disease management strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments, considering the relationship with mental health.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 360, Excel, Word, and other basic computer programs.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance coverage, and reliable transportation.
- Pass criminal background check and other regulatory checks.
- Provide proof of educational credentials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Special Education, or a closely related field.
- One year of professional experience with the adult mental health population.
