Responsibilities- Providing guidance on behaviors and activities of youth for their health, safety and well-being, being within sight and sound of the youth
- Seeking help and asking questions when unsure of anything while providing care of the youth
- Transporting youth to and from school if available at these times
- Redirecting youth and not engaging in power struggles
- Preparing and cooking meals with or for youth
- Providing a structured schedule for youth including, getting up in the morning, daily hygiene, school work, etc.
- Administering medication to youth
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of social work and 3 years of social work experience; or
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and 4 years of social work experience; or
- Bachelor’s degree in a non-human services field and 5 years of social work experience; or
- Experience working with children.
- Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record
- CPR, First Aid
- Experience working with children
