The Warehouse Order Picker manages pick ticket orders from warehouse staff and management, pulls inventory from the shelves to ensure accurate delivery of warehouse products, packs orders—including shrink wrapping contents onto pallets—and stages loads for forklift operators to load onto trucks for delivery. The role also ensures orders are accurate and keeps inventory records up‑to‑date for smooth warehouse operations.

• Manage pick ticket orders
• Retrieve warehouse items based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements
• Ensure orders are accurate
• Stage items correctly for delivery and load delivery vehicles as necessary
• Operate handling equipment and follow safety regulations
• Plan and monitor product storage and dispatch
• Oversee stock replenishment
• Monitor stock control systems and processes for specific orders
• Maintain warehouse goals and high safety standards
• Shrink wrap products to pallets and pack warehouse orders
• Use scanners to confirm correct orders and manage inventory accurately
• Perform other general warehouse duties as needed

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, busy environment

• Lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance
• Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods; maintain a full range of motion
• Wear appropriate safety and personal protective equipment as required

• At least one year of experience in a warehouse environment
• High school diploma not required
• All candidates must pass a drug screen and background check to be considered for employment
• Understanding of OSHA safety rules for warehouse work
