Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Front Desk Receptionist role located in Morgantown, WV. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering phone inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves performing clerical tasks, managing reservations, and addressing guest concerns to ensure a positive and seamless guest experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Tasks to handle front desk operations effectively
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to assist and engage with guests professionally
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette to manage incoming calls and maintain a positive image of the hotel
  • Ability to multitask and handle administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
