United Talent Staffing is currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist P/T to support a professional office in Morgantown, WV. This short-term assignment will assist with front desk coverage and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be professional, dependable, and comfortable handling basic office responsibilities while providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff.

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries
• Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
• Maintain an organized and professional front desk area
• Provide general office support to staff as needed

• Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Schedule: 1–2 days per week
• Availability
  
  Required:
  
  Monday – Friday between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Assignment Length:
  Temporary position expected to last through mid-April

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Basic computer and office software skills
  
  Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to work flexible days as needed Monday–Friday

• Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card
• Unlimited Referral Bonuses! For every new Associate you refer that works 40 hours you will receive $40, and once they work 100 hours you will receive an additional $100. There is no cap on how much referral money you can earn!
