Position: Billing Clerk – 6 Month Contract

United Talent Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrative / Billing Support Specialist for a temporary 4–6-month contract assignment in the Morgantown, WV area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, professional individual with strong clerical, customer service, and bookkeeping experience looking for a short-term assignment with a consistent weekday schedule.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare invoices, accept and process payments, and issue receipts
  • Reconcile payments and assist with preparing daily deposits
  • Maintain accurate clerical and bookkeeping records
  • Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide professional customer service
  • Greet visitors and assist with front desk/reception duties
  • Prepare and process paperwork, forms, permits, and general documentation
  • Draft correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and office communications
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and internal communications
  • Schedule appointments, reservations, or service-related requests as needed
  • Assist with meeting coordination, note-taking, and administrative follow-up
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed
Pay & Schedule
  • Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • $20 per hour
  • 4–6-month temporary contract assignment
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in office administration, billing, bookkeeping, clerical support, or customer service required
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and general office software
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Basic accounting and mathematical proficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced office environment
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Prior experience in billing, finance, accounting, or administrative office settings preferred
