• Support end-to-end enterprise service delivery, including agent pre-onboarding, licensing, contracting, and certifications
• Independently manage complex tasks such as escalations, report analysis, and communication with key stakeholders
• Coordinate project management efforts with clients, carriers, and third parties
• Monitor and track service-related metrics to ensure processes meet or exceed targets and identify improvement opportunities
• Participate in internal user acceptance testing and integration testing

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and active listening abilities
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work effectively in both team and remote environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

• Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word and Excel)
• Familiarity with administrative systems and collaboration tools (Web Ex Teams, Microsoft Teams)
