FMA Services in Belgium is seeking a Punch List Coordinator for an industrial project. You will organize outstanding items during mechanical completion and handover, ensuring items are registered, prioritized, assigned, followed up, verified, and closed.
The role requires 4+ years in completions/QA/QC/field coordination, experience with walkdowns, and familiarity with completions databases (WinPCS, PIMS, Hexagon/Smart Completions). English required;
Dutch is a plus.
