Job Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor and skilled trade work on commercial construction sites.
- Assist with concrete installation, masonry projects, steel erection, and PEMB construction.
- Interpret project plans, construction drawings, and job specifications.
- Operate construction equipment, power tools, and hand tools safely.
- Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials.
- Maintain compliance with job site safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, supervisors, and construction crews to complete projects on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
- Minimum of2 years of commercial construction experience
. - Experience in one or more of the following:
- Concrete construction
- Masonry work
- Steel erection
- Pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) installation
- Commercial construction projects
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from construction job sites.
- Ability to lift and carry up to
50 pounds
. - Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding labor.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- OSHA 10 Certification preferred but not required.
- Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
