• Collaborate with other designers, researchers, and developers to create visually coherent and user-centered digital products.
• Translate wireframes and concepts into engaging, high-quality UI designs.
• Support the creation and maintenance of design systems and component libraries.
• Participate in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Ensure consistency in visual language across products and platforms.
• Help prepare design deliverables for development and follow up on implementation.
• Continuously learn and grow by collaborating closely with senior profiles.

• 1+ year of experience working as a UI or Visual Designer in digital product teams.
• Solid understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
• Proficiency in Figma and collaborative workflows (components, variants, libraries).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork and feedback exchange.
• A portfolio that shows visual craft, consistency, and user-centered thinking.
• Nice to have: experience collaborating with developers or multidisciplinary squads.
