As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service, preparing accurate estimates, supporting sales efforts, and building lasting client relationships. • Respond professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide product and service information while delivering outstanding customer support.
• Prepare accurate customer estimates by gathering project details and analyzing requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create documentation and maintain customer records.
• Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective customers to promote services and strengthen relationships.
• Identify customer needs and support sales initiatives through upselling and service recommendations.
• Maintain accurate data entry, customer interaction logs, and estimate records.
• Process cash transactions according to company procedures when required.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience in
  customer service, customer support, client services, administrative support, or call center roles
  preferred.
• Experience with outbound calling, inside sales support, or business development is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare accurate estimates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Excellent computer, data entry, and organizational skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
