Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate to help guests have a quick, easy, and enjoyable shopping experience in our stores. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app, maintain friendly interactions, and support guests with purchases, returns, and loyalty enrollment.
As an On-Demand TM, you will create your own schedule from posted shifts and participate in short-term training to prepare for your role. Reliability and attendance are essential to success in this flexible position.
